Case New Holland Industrial in Gurgaon is looking for a Legal Manager  Roles & Responsibility :  Legal Advising :  - Providing legal advice to Internal Department on various legal issues  - Advise on Legal aspects/legislation on the Commercial activities/business areas.  Litigation Support :  - Experience in handling legal matters - Product liability, consumer matters, section 138 in various judicial/ quasi-judicial courts  - Independently handling all litigation matters - civil /criminal/Industrial Disputes/Real Estate/consumer/IPR  - Drafting/ reviewing legal notices, replies, FIRs, pleadings in suits, criminal complaint case, statement of claims, counter claims, affidavits, applications, memos, evidence, etc.  - Handled Arbitration proceedings and executions   - Tracking the ongoing litigations by or against the Company with different departments.  Agreement/Contract Drafting :  - Drafting of all types of contracts/agreements.  - To identify potential risks in contracts and provide recommendations to mitigate such risks  - Holding discussions & negotiations in connection with various legal and compliance related matters.  Compliance Management :   - To monitor and review the compliances applicable on the manufacturing sector  - Preparation of compliance reporting.  Qualification : Law degree from premium institute/university will be preferred.
