Salary offered: 15 - 18 LPA  - Support, coordinate, execute of respective HR/ER/IR policies including support in maintenance of employee relations atmosphere in the company, negotiating and entering into wage settlement (Merit Plan) with Blue Collar employees, handling grievance and disciplinary actions.   - Support to Establish HR and IR processes and systems and overall HR affairs in the factory  - Support in Establishing Employee resources objectives in line with organizational objectives  - Handle all plant manufacturing HR/ER/IR Activities in accordance with guidance from the SITE HR   - Supporting in ensuring discipline management at site.  Major Accountabilities :  Primary and Secondary duties :  Primary :  - Providing support to Site HR in negotiations with the blue collarsin respect of Wage Revision - Merit Plan  - Handling grievancesof the Blue collars by ensuring their prompt resolution so as to maintain cordial management-employee relations  - Support to Site HR inmaintaining harmonious Industrial Relations   - Assisting in creating Benchmark against the best and implement Best in Class ER solutions and practices  - Understand Internal Customer's expectations and then partnering to offer creative business aligned ER solutions  - Support in Blue Collar compensation and benefit  - Coordinate informal Get-togethers, Meetings, Development Programs and other Blue CollarWelfare activities time to time;  - Assisting in executing disciplinary proceeding/disciplinary actions, framing of Charge Sheets, constituting domestic enquiries (if required) etc. in accordance with guidance from Management;  - To ensure an open channel of communication with the employees so that adequate attention is given to their grievance and Negotiating / amicably settling disputes/Grievances/Maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment;  - Preparation of Cross Functional Team for any official communication to Blue Collar  - To execute an industrial relation policy in accordance with guidance from the Site HR  - Ensure rigor of current best practices, benchmarking and implementing innovative practices to maintain freshness  - Employees Engagement Activities including sports activities, etc.   - Responsible for smooth conduct of ER meetings with Blue Collar employees.  - To initiate steps for minimizing / reducing cases of absenteeism, missing from duty, leave etc among associates;  Secondary :  - Coordinate / Support in Formulating/Upgrading/Developing HR policies and procedures  - Managing the Blue Collar Behavioral Training calendar and Ensuring Training and Development for all Blue Collar employees including Outbound Training Programme within the specified budget  - Ensure Auditing, updating and providing Business solutions for Time Office Policy at Site  - Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications;  Leadership/Team Management Responsibility : NA
