Senior Manager/Associate Director - Legal/Service Contract Management

Looking for candidates from Contract Management Background - Drafting,Vetting and negotiating Service Contracts, MSA, Vendor Contracts, etc

- Independently review, draft and advise on routine agreements;

- Keep records of all the billing and other engagements with the external lawyers;

- Participate in special projects as assigned from time to time that has impact on company strategic initiatives.

- LLB/ LLM with minimum 12 years of overall experience with a law firm & corporate.
