1. To lead the development and implementation of Learning &amp; Development Strategies for the organization. 2. Lead the development of the Leadership &amp; Management Development Framework, delivering key performance targets and key corporate objectives. 3. Working with key stakeholders, participate in the delivery of training programmes for senior staff groups across the organization. 4. Manage complex and strategic projects (e.g. performance management and staff engagement); work in partnership with HR BPs to reach agreement on sensitive and potentially contentious strategy developments. 5.
