- Lead the Learning & OD function, managing the implementation of strategies and plans. - Responsible to oversee the implementation of a culture of continuous learning and development aligned with the requirements of the organization's strategic plan. - Lead the development of integrated systems to support learning, objective setting and development planning maximizing the potential of the organization. - Responsible for development and implementation of the Leadership & Management Development Framework, delivering key performance targets and key corporate objectives. - To provide/facilitate the delivery of executive coaching/delivery of high quality action learning to Business Heads and service leads across the organization. - To design and facilitate the implementation of change management programs to support cultural & organizational change and performance improvement in line with organizational values. - Working with key stakeholders, participate in the delivery of training programs for senior staff groups across the organization. Background: - MBA from a premier institute only with minimum 3 years of experience in L&D function - Excellent communication skills - Prior experience in design and development of training programs for blue collared employees, supervisors, and First Level Managers will be an added advantage - Familiarity with E-Learning, LMS software and tools and current Training technologies preferred
