Working Days- 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Location: Mumbai Suburbs (i.e. Goregaon) & Navi Mumbai (Reporting location will be Navi Mumbai & Mumbai Suburbs, candidates should be willing to travel to both the locations as and when required)

Job Description:

Sourcing of properties for the branch/ office network expansion.

- Rent negotiations, Agreement execution, rent processing, documentation etc.

- Deploying architects/vendor for site surveys.

- To seek commercial approvals from management for release of Work/purchase orders

- Timely Site execution and delivery of equipment.

- Bill Processing and vendor payments.

- Bill Desk Management.

- Day to day facility management for the smooth running of the offices/branches.

- Vendor management for all the concerned agencies
