Managing the entire gamut of HR Operations activities at PAN India level.   1. New Hire Process Initiation, Background verification, On-boarding activities and Employee Induction planning and management.  2. Timely management of payroll & benefits.   3. Leave & attendance management and reporting  4. Manage rolling out offers, joining and exit formalities, HR letters (Bonafide/Appraisal/Relieving), maintaining data for outstanding offers.  5. Coordinating with Vendors  6. Creating monthly HR MIS and Dashboards  7. Designing and implementing best HR policies in the organization, and documenting them.  8. Responsible for employment contract management (releases, renewals, and closures)  9. Background and Reference Check management across locations  10. Proactively identify gaps, the scope for improvement in processes, to plug gaps and optimise processes and efficiency.
