We are hiring for Director - IT

Job location-Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Job Role:

- Provides IT strategic leadership and governance oversight, project and portfolio management

- Service delivery management at the executive level in critical areas of technology architecture, applications, Information security and infrastructure

- Plans and executes a Cloud Migration strategy including a data lake for CMS.

- Directs large programs to monitor, evaluate and improve IT service delivery.

- Builds a systems and reliability engineering team.

- Responsible for DR and DevOps teams

- Manages cross-BU initiatives and executive level projects e.g. Application rationalization in Cash BU, Command Center for MS BU and building Services Platform for CMS

- Assists in IT Budgeting, IT Processes Service management, Change management, Information security, IT Planning and New Services introduction to build a IT services menu card for CMS customers

Experience and Background:

- Post graduate (M.E / M.Tech / MBA) from a reputed institute with minimum 18 years of work experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Understanding of complex technical issues with ability to propose creative and conceptual solutions and ideas.

- Strategic agility and passion for innovation. Strong influencing and negotiation skills
