Roles and Responsibilities:
- Insights which lead to Business Development
- Collate data from various CMS software systems and external data sources
- Formulate hypothesis and convert data into usable reports and insights
- Identify new avenues for monetizing the insights
- Occasionally meet/talk to external stakeholders
2. Insights which lead to Cost rationalization
- Gather costing data from financial systems of CMS
- Mapping with operational data
- Bench-marking with industry/ best practices
- Communicating with CXOs with the insights and brainstorming options for implementation
3. Thought Leadership
- Using external data to arrive at industry-level insights
- Building econometric models, forecasting tools, early warning systems
Skills required:
- Advanced excel, MS Powerpoint
- Analytical skills (to identify and convert a problem into numbers)
- Communication skills (to express statistical outcomes into business insights)
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
Desired Candidate Profile : MBA with Min. 2 years experience in data analysis, market research, econometrics required
