Job Description:
- Support CHRO in formulating all new initiatives & support Strategic Initiatives for the organization
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
- Capture, analyze, and report HR trends. Deep dive into data in areas which come out from analysis and insights sighted in Dashboards and periodic reports
- Write detailed reports and develop presentations for management.
- Working on Process re-engineering - work closely in developing HR projects. Support HR leads with recommendations to address issues and priorities.
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives initiate surveys to gain information on the health of the organization, analyze the data and recommend ways for stakeholders to improve employee relations, job satisfaction and morale etc.
- Look at ways & means to measure employee output and efficiency, determine which evaluation tools are most effective in improving performance. Manage assessment center, initiate comprehensive reviews.
