Job Description :
- CA Qualification is mandatory
- Overseeing and managing PAN India Imprest and Manpower related expenses Recording and Payments.
- Scrutiny and review of GL's to ensure correctness and timeliness.
- Track, compare, analyse and publish weekly, monthly, quarterly MIS and Dashboards within timelines.
- Review and analysis of all expenses and reconciliations on weekly/ fortnightly and monthly basis.
- Coordinate and close all audits including external audits within pre-set timelines.
- Standardize / automate routine reports to improve accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaison with Branches / Regions / Other Functions on an ongoing basis.
- Lead the team.
Other Attributes :
- Good communication & presentation skills.
- Advance user of MS Excel.
- Working knowledge in MS Office (Word, PPT and Outlook).
- Past experience of working with organisations having wide network of Branches across PAN India.
- ERP experience would be preferred.
