Finance Specialist

Require a CA / a CA inter-qualified candidate, with expert knowledge on accounting and strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.

Requirements :

- CA with 1-2 years' experience / CA inter qualified candidate with minimum 4-5 years of experience in Industry/ CA Firm

- Good understanding of accounting concepts and relevant taxes like income-tax, GST

- Advanced computer skills on MS Office and Tally

- Experience in business finance, audits, MIS reporting, preparation of budgets

- Experience and ability to draw up financial reports and analysis, including forecasting

- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills to articulate and present analytics

- Ability to pick-up and work on diverse projects

Responsibilities :

- Liaise with different teams for financial projects

- Ability to learn and research on varied topics of finance and keen interest to work on diverse projects as a part of the Founder's office

- Passion to learn and unlearn and keen interest to work on various topics

- Expert knowledge in finance, understanding and ability to learn taxation / regulatory nuances and assist in decision making

- Accountability and ownership of work assigned; along with ensuring quality of work

- Pro-active in nature to work on wide range of projects as a part of Founder's office
