CMO/Head Marketing - Print

We are looking for Head Marketing/Chief Marketing officer for one of our global MNC client in Print and Publishing Industry based out of Mumbai.

Specification:

CMO will drive all marketing efforts along

1. acquisition & retention,

2. analytics,

3. product marketing, and

4. user experience

Experience -

1.Several years of Direct Marketing experience in a transactional e-commerce/ online environment (strong plus, although experience can also be in the retail / office products industry)

2.P&L management experience is required

3.In-depth knowledge of online and off-line marketing programs along with a proven track record in setting and achieving quantifiable direct marketing performance objectives

4.In depth understanding of online metrics across key channels such as Online Display, Email, SEO & SEM, and direct mail

5.Proven ability to partner with media sales organizations to create win/win sustainable media buys that allow scalable profitable customer acquisition

Functional Responsibility -

1.Develop marketing plans to meet strategic and revenue objectives for the region optimizing marketing investment between new customer acquisition and retention

2.Drive a high-growth “go-to-market” strategy in the region through an in-depth understanding of the region’s customers and competitors

3.Drive learnings and insights through close collaboration with customer research & analytics, as well as through external primary research project and secondary research

4.Identify and test emerging channels and develop strategies, techniques and tactics to capitalize on market changes and opportunities with a goal of rapidly increasing the number of profitable customers acquired every month

5.Supervise an annual marketing budget for on-line and off-line media buys across the region
