CMBS/RMBS Underwriting Role

Position : CMBS/ RMBS Underwriting Role (5-8 yrs)

Role :

- To work closely with the Global Securitised Product Team

- Excellent understanding of the underwriting process so the position is responsible for underwriting various CMBS & RMBS transactions

- Work on CMBS and RMBS Credit Surveillance so as to create alerts whenever required

- Support regular pricing of CMBS and RMBS transactions

- Manage a team of 1-2 persons

Requirements :

- 5-8 yrs of experience in the Banking/ Investment Banking Industry with detailed knowledge of Securitication (CMBS/RMBS)

- Should have strong understanding of the US CMBS and RMBS market wrt valuations and risk assessment

- Strong understanding of the US real estate market so as to identify potential adverse collaterals that affect the pricing of CMBS and RMBS deals

- Should have experience in managing a small team

- Strong understanding of MS Powerpoint, MS Excel

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Good analytical skills
