Today NPA has become the biggest concern area for Banks, NBFC and even Lending Fintechs, Delinquency management has become the topmost priority for them. Here CLXNS team has built the strong local team and technology led collection strategy to partner with Financial Institutions to work as their extended collection team. CLXNS offers infinite possibilities towards meeting the challenges related to collections/NPA through combination of experience, technology led approach and local expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Focus on conceiving, building, and launching user-focused, high-quality products that connect and grow
- Draw the Product vision to scale our current offerings and internalise the roadmaps with all stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Business teams to get a pulse of the market including feedback from the partners and incorporate them into the products
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships/plug in opportunities
- Continuous benchmarking of the competition locally and globally to create a world class product/platform
- Work closely with fellow technology, technology vendors and business leadership to define our product vision and strategy across your product areas, and deliver tangible business outcomes
- Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds.
- Execute efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid start-up environment where change is constant and creativity is a must
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Act as a leader within the company
Desired Skillset & experience
- Minimum of 4-5 year's experience as a Product Manager
- An experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of conceptualising, building, iterating and scaling product/s
- Experience collecting both internal and external customer feedback and requests, empathizing with their challenges and opportunities, and prioritizing roadmaps to optimize results
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
- Understanding and empathy for user behavior, needs, desires and triggers, and ability to marry the same with clear data driven hypothesis validation.
- Comfortable with design prototyping
- An entrepreneurial mindset. You must be comfortable thriving in ambiguity and getting the work done
- Experience in fintech domain either Payments, debt collection or lending
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication
- MBA preferred
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
