Roles & Responsibilities :
- This role entails acquiring/sourcing/retaining/expanding and developing relationships with Financial Institutions like Banks, NBFCs, Fintech, HFCs, Small Finance banks & Insurance Companies , collaborate with the decision makers for debt collection looking for technology enabled debt collection services
- It requires the candidate to do Business Development / market scoping, arrange meetings, prepare pitches/decks, present it to financial institutions, manage follow-ups to onboard them
- Be active in scouting leads, converting them into meetings and further onboarding
- Educate FIs of CLNXS offerings & technology product capabilitirs to further expand the relationship
- Maintain complete relationship record for assigned FI accounts
- This will be a generalist role. You are expected to strategize and FI Partnerships on CLXNS Platform. This requires to be work with all stakeholders across domains - product, operations and business
Desired Skillset & Qualification :
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Institutional Partnership / Alliances
- Currently working with bank / nbfc / fintech in the same role.
- Having an existing network of NBFC and Bank relationships from his/her previous stints will be an advantage
- Ability to on-board, nurture, sales and maintain relationship with a group of Banks and NBFC clients
- Good understanding of Banks and NBFC processes to onboard and make them active clients
- The candidate should be capable and has a proven track record of dealing with multiple stakeholders internally and externally-
- Go getter attitude & Self-motivated with a passion to achieve targets & goals given by the organization
- Graduate / Post-graduate in any discipline
