Cluster Wealth Manager - NBFC/Bank

1) Overall 10 years plus experience in Wealth management/NBFC or Banking space. Ideally experienced in Team Handling.

2) Building a strong Wealth franchise & profitable business.

3) Building a team of Senior RMs, RMs as per requirement.

4) Building a strong customer base of wealth clients & AUM across various asset classes.

5) Focus on acquiring HNIs/UHNIs through various events, synergies and target to be a market leader.

6) Achieving Team productivity, driving various initiatives & nurturing future talent.

7) Synergizing internally with different groups to build business opportunities.

8) Farming the existing book and build wallet share.
