Cluster Visual Merchandiser (NIFT pass out Only)

We are inviting the application for the role of "Cluster Visual Merchandiser" for a leading apparel brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Regional VM operations :

- Manage the MPM (Merchandise Presentation Methods) and its roll-out execution across the region

- Ensure the timely execution and compliance of the seasonal dockets across all stores in the region

- Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys for trends and ideas to improve customer conversions

- Provide in-store brand experience maintaining the VM standards and MPM across the region

New store opening :

- Create the - visual plan- for the new store within the allocated budget and obtain approval from HO for implementation

- Create the planogram for the new store.

- Coordinate with projects and store operations team to ensure store readiness

Vendor Management :

- Evaluate and build Vendors for the region

- Track vendor performance as per timelines and expected quality standards

- Ensure timely billing and payments to vendors

People management :

- Train the store operations team on VM display standards and Merchandise display standards

- Plan, organize, motivate, recognize and train team for meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
