We are hiring Cluster Sourcing Manager Udaan.Com for Vadodara/Surat location.

Key Responsibility Areas :

Planning: Responsible for preparing a SKU Oriented Supply Plan

Vendor Onboarding & Development: Enable vendor searching and ensure their onboarding. Conducting vendor Joint Business Proposals, Market Place Management

Ensuring Product Quality: Conduct Root Cause Analysis for all Top Refund SKU's

Training: Facilitate Manpower Training on Products

Negotiation: Ensure Merch Revenue Generation and PO Based Negotiation

Event Management: Promotion Alignment with vendors for Events

What we are looking for:

- A degree in engineering, economics, or similar field with MBA in General Management

- 2 - 4 years of experience from Top Tier colleges/4-8 years from non-Top Tier Colleges

- Having sourcing experience in Food/FMCG in modern trade/ecommerce is preferable

- A demonstrated record of leading team, hiring talent, team development

- Excellent data analysis, data interpretation and first party problem solving approach

- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do what- it takes mind-set

- A demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and continuous process improvement mind-set
