Job Description: -

- Candidate should have experience in handling Service Operation & Service franchise/Service Partners.

- Responsible for the service performance of the entire Branch.

- Build and develop The market for Brand service for the respective Branch.

- Review the performances of Auth. Service Franchisees & Area Service In-charge and taking corrective actions for non-performer.

- Managing the service center as profit centers.

- Generate revenue through SPD business as per defined target.

- Controlling the expense.

- Handling State Service performance - Revenue, TAT, CSAT, NPS

- Driving productivity of team, Discipline.

- Responsible for Complaint Management & franchisee development & Network correction.

- Dealers visit and Dealers Co-ordination from a service point of view.

- Conduct Sales & Service Meet of weekly basis for better understand of Service requirement.

Desired Candidate:-

- Ready to travel.

- Experience in team handling of ASI/BSI's, Service Engineer, Free lancers and Franchisees.

- Languages Known: Kannada, Hindi & English (any other regional language is added advantage) Geographically should have experience in Karnataka state.

Desired Profile:-

A young champion who has expertise in fields: Customer Experience, Customer Retention, New Technologies (Digital tech, CRM, Service Marketing, etc.) along with multi-linguistic in two regional languages in South along with Hindi, and English.

Some of the Job Description Can be:-

- Enhancing Customer Experience at all touchpoints.

- Able to drive Customer Retention & Customer Engagement programs.

- Generating service revenue through spare-parts sales, referral sales, buy-back sales etc.

- Handholding, mentoring, and managing Service Centers Staff / Service Franchisee's.

- Entrusted with the appointment of new SFs / service staff with adherence to service TAT.

- Auditing service centers, service franchises, spare parts, and other leakages.

- Ensuring installation, repair qualities with the speed of services - TAT.
