Role Description:

- Ensure Dealer Service Profitability.

- Responsible for Parts Sales through the dealership.

- Improving dealer infrastructure.

- Promotion of AMC and its administration

- Service Penetration/ Reach.

- Service promotional activities.

- Enhancing Customer Satisfaction

- Warranty Settlement

- Maintaining parts inventory at dealerships as per EOR Norms.

- Support dealerships in troubleshooting

- Training Dealer service personnel

- Feedback to Back-end HQ team through technical reports and failure analysis reports.

Salary offered: 9 - 13 LPA
