- Develop New Channel Partners for better product promotion and business growth.
- Responsible for MIS Generation
- Reports on sales Figures (Daily, weekly or monthly basis) and % achieved vs. Sales Target assigned, New Channel Partners development.
- Direct the development of New Channel partners to enhance market reach and providing the Product training on Monthly basis to every new and old channel.
- Track timely payments to Channels, sales calls, revenue records including payment of commissions and incentives.
- Formulating sales strategies and strategic utilisation and deployment of available resources to achieve organisational business objectives.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
- Capacity, manpower and distribution planning.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Mentor and motivate team of Sales Managers.
- Training of team members
