JOB Description - Handling a Sales Team and distributing them the day to day targets. - Ensure proper functioning of Branch/Cluster activities. - Target Achievement/Revenue Generation. - Planning the Monthly marketing activities for the Branch. - Delivering the pre-defined monthly sales target to the team. - Lead and manage the team towards achieving the branch targets. - Motivating the team and driving performance; reviewing their productivity levels are met on a monthly basis. - To design and drive marketing activities and to generate leads from those activities and ensuring that these leads are closed by the team. - Responsible for Corporate tie-ups. - Making MIS reports of the Branch/Cluster.
