Key Responsibilities of CSM - Growth are as follows:
1. Cultivates and nurtures current customer relationship with the objective of building and maintaining business and increasing wallet share
2. Drive the entire sales cycle for all closed sales
3. Work closely with their account management team and the customer, often pre-empting business challenges and creating solutions alongside their customer.
4. Develop and handle a sales book of Rs 100 Cr+ in his / her cluster through both - farming- current customers
5. Work closely with RSM to ensure product mix (Prime, Green and Zoom) is maintained at an optimum level
6. Basis customer feedback, provide inputs to RSM and other senior members of the team regarding product innovation
7. Resolve any query and improve customer experience
8. Lead team of BDMs to drive sales across the cluster
