Urgent Job opportunity for cluster sales manager (Business Loan) with one of the leading NBFC.
Job Location-Delhi / NCR
Key Responsibility-
- Maintain day to day operation, Compliance with the regulations, develop channels, cross sell, and maintain relationship with the customers.
- Responsible for the growth of the portfolio, ensuring targets are met and there is availability of an increased revenue stream.
- Ensuring the quality of Portfolio: Be on the lookout for stress signs in the client operations / activity and address them.
- Implementing business practices and deploying company strategies and programs.
- Handling a team
- Explore new avenues for growth along with new set-ups. Develop mass channels using technology.
- Maintaining excellent relations with key clients / business groups to generate referrals as well as build avenues for additional business.
- Planning and Implementing Promotional Activities to create brand visibility.
- Recruitment of team (FOS, Team Leaders), Training and Development, Motivation, Guiding, Attrition Control of the teams to accomplish set revenue and business targets.
- Expansion of Internal and External Relationships and drive the sales results.
- Cross sell: To be on the permanent look out for cross sell opportunities within his domain - (SME- Rating, insurance and others).
- Responsible for location profitability
- Good communication to express the new thing in the market.
