Location: Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad/Kolkata/Ambala/Hyderabad/Jaipur/Indore/Guwahati/Jamshedpur/Chennai/Ludhiana

Core Responsibilities :

This is a leadership sales role. Person will be responsible for B2B sales in the entire cluster with a startup Firm

- Achievement of sales targets for the clusters

- New business development

- Retention of existing business

- Maintaining existing client relationships

- Ensuring 100% reviews of service with existing customers on service performance

- Growing business from existing clients

- Maintain quality of business (yield)

- Maintaining credit days and on time collections

- Team performance

Target background :

Business Development/ Sales experience at a startup e.g. Practo, Treebo etc. preffered : Experience in Startup Firm

Qualifications :

Education :

IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs, NSIT, DCE)

+

IIM/Tier-1 MBA colleges (NMIMS, FMS, Symbiosis, XLRI)

Min 70% marks through out

Years of experience : 4

Professional attributes :

- Prior B2B sales experience

- Experience in concept/solution selling / consultative sales

- Experience in new business development

Personal attributes :

- We are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to bring new clients and manage existing client relationships.

- The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design a solutions for them.

- This role requires the candidate to build, lead and mentor his/her team.
