The incumbent is responsible to ensure the team of relationship managers effectively manage their portfolios thereby ensuring value deepening through existing customers, cross-sell and portfolio growth by acquisition of new to bank customers

- The incumbent is responsible to ensure the team of relationship managers meet their goal sheet targets as assigned

- The incumbent is responsible to ensure that the relationship managers provide world-class customer service to their portfolio customers and ensure all processes are followed as laid down within the bank s audit and compliance framework

- Ensures the RMs capture and maximize business opportunity through detailed client profiling as per organizational process
