JD for Cluster Owners:


- Cluster owners would be managing 50-60 partners (LCO - Local Cable Operators), lead partner acquisition and manage them, and own the P&L at a Cluster Level.


- Each Cluster is expected to contribute approx. 20K Wiom users.


What will you be doing?


- Lead partner acquisitions


- Managing a team of LCO/ISP partners along with our Account Manager team


- Contribute to ideas and concepts for furthering the teams objective


- Interact regularly with the teams and develop and implement account management strategy for all our markets


- Track revenue achievement, occupancy, and conversion


- Ensure the partners adhere to company policies and guidelines


- To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the brand cluster


- Participate in all team activities, coaching and mentoring team members


- Have an on-the-go problem-solving mindset along with an out of the box thinking
