Job Purpose: This role entails responsibility for the management of all operational activities related to Rural Banking in the assigned area/cluster. This role is the central custodian of all Rural Banking documents and provides operational support for Rural and semi-urban Retail products in the assigned area/cluster. The role bearer is primarily accountable for ensuring seamless maintaining of customer life cycle, fulfilling customer requests and providing best-in class service. This role has many internal and external interactions with key stakeholders and is a vital contributor to the organization's overall profitability and health. Key Responsibilities of the Role - Lead the State Rural Banking Operations and ensure they are aligned with Bank's strategic goals and objectives. - Oversee the effectiveness of the management and the operational integrity of credit and loan processing in order to ensure proper delivery of facilities to the bank in the state for day to day functioning. - Work as an effective business partner in strategizing and driving the implementation of critical operational and regulatory practices for the bank such as compliance, Lending operations and operational risk and to institutionalize the standard framework across the assigned area/cluster. - Lead C-KYC and ensure compliance to regulatory norms and RBI reporting. - Head the Cash and Clearing management for Rural Banking in the assigned area/cluster. - Partner with the Branch Control Unit responsible for monitoring, training and tracking productivity of team. - Oversee quality initiatives across the operations team for the optimization of processes in order to improve TAT and upgradation of SLAs. - Employ tools such as automation and digitization to increase process efficiency. - Spearhead technological and digital up-gradation in processes and systems in coordination with the technology team. - Keep abreast of global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets. - Spearhead initiative to reduce operational costs and drive strategies to increase profitability Technical / Functional Skills: - Understanding of Rural Banking Operations - Understanding the Rural Banking Business and industry - Understand the Banking Business strategy - Understanding of Regulatory compliances Behavioral and Soft Skills: - Communication &amp; Interpersonal skills - Drive, Energy &amp; Action Oriented - Innovative Thinking - Organization Commitment (hard working) - Influencing &amp; Decision making Skills - Collaboration &amp; Goodwill - Flexibility &amp; Adaptability - Customer Focus/Orientation Kindly send us your updated profile with following details:- 1.
