What you- ll need-

- Qualifications: B.Tech - IIT / NIT. Premium B.Tech. Institutes only.

- Experience: 2 years to 5 years

- Skills: Team Management, Achievement Orientation, Problem Solving, Leadership, Influencing Skill

- Candidates working as Logistics Manager / Production Manager / Factory Manager / Supply Chain Management are preferred.

What you- ll do-

- Responsible for the overall performance of all branches and the Processing centers.

- Vendor On-boarding and Management

- Transportation Solution Design

- Process Benchmarking for newly acquired customers

- Work and deliver in accordance with the SLA

- Handle multiple warehouse operations like inward, put away, picking, sorting, cycle count etc

- Roll out process to monitor the customer wise profitability

- Measure and benchmark the cost and revenue

- Take corrective actions to improve the margins
