Opening is with one of the leading Asset Management Company in the country for Cluster Manager - Sales.

JOB TITLE : Cluster Manager - Sales (comprising of Bhopal, Satna and Sagar location as well)

REPORTS TO : Regional Head/ Area Manager

Package :- Based on your current package (Upto 10 lacs p.a.)

- The position is responsible for prospecting, selling & managing business leaders in large national and multinational organizations in the assigned region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned corporates /distributors / agents / banks in the region for growth in business.

- Responsible for prospecting, selling & managing RMs / Sales people, in large national and multinational organizations in the assigned region.

- Developing business through consultative engagement with Branch Managers / Senior RMs.

- Mapping the opportunity for primary selling, relationship managing & cross selling a range of M.F (investment) Products.

- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market.

- Managing team of 5-6 RMS and 1 BOM.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- MBA with minimum 4-6 years of work experience.

- AMFI certification compulsory.

- Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.

Competencies:

- Key account management skills.

- Exposure to MF industry will be added advantage.

- Should have an eye for detail.

- Good communication abilities and pleasing personality.

- Product knowledge.

- Market knowledge / Extensively networked.
