JOB PURPOSE:
- To achieve the budgeted office sales target for all sales verticals at the office level & to achieve operational efficiency at the office level.
Job Role:
SALES FUNCTION:
- Allocation of office sales target to the respective verticals of the office in consultation with the Regional Head.
- Ensure adequate manning against the budgeted sales target of the verticals at the office level.
- Ensure effective communication of premium targets to respective office sales managers in consultation with the Regional Head.
- Drive the office sales team to achieve the budgeted target.
- Maintain the product, channel mix as per the business plan to ensure office profitability.
- Monitor & optimize the cost of acquisition of the channel.
- Track productivity of the office inclusive of performance of each SM.
- Set standards and maintain - Business Quality- .
- Update the top management on market competition.
- Constantly network with the Underwriting team, Operations Team & Claims team in case of troubleshooting.
ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONAL FUNCTION:
- Ensure effective Policy issuance / Renewal
- Supervise/ensure smooth policy issuance & endorsement processing, collections & banking, timely inward of documents etc.
- Ensure timely claims servicing in coordination with claims team
- Own up all internal and external customer service issues.
- Owner of BPMS processes in the region.
