Cluster Manager - Planning/Pricing & Sales Coordination

1. Analyze Market wise Demand, Regional Sales and Prices, Competitive Pricing impact on NSP, Contribution & EBITDA.

2. Drive the pricing process and act as catalyst in the implementation of process deliverables

3. Provide inputs through analysis of Markets, Demand Supply scenarios for proper Business Planning & Budgeting

4. Analyze the project objectives, define process areas and result areas, finalize timelines and path forward and monitor progress till the culmination and finalize recommendations for successful implementation to reap the benefits.

5. Perform "Pricing Diagnostic" (pricing / demand trends analysis) and support regions in taking pricing decisions. Facilitate knowledge sharing by developing reports for commercial discussions and file sharing.

6. Margin Optimization - Driving Margin maximization through Margin levers of Geo Mix, Product Mix, Segment Mix, Etc.

7. Scheme Management -Actively participate in analyzing Schemes proposed by local Sales teams, with cost benefit analysis and recommending improvements for improvisation. Recommending for necessary approvals at all levels for offloading.
