Cluster Manager - Partnership Strategic Alliance - NBFC - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Our Client is India's Leading NBFC Firm.

Seeking a Senior Cluster Manager/Cluster Manager who can manage the projects function for PL Neo. The role involves identification of new opportunities in process/product innovation and delivery of same for Personal Loans vertical. This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment; identify, design and drive projects under PL Neo framework. He/ She needs to establish and maintain professional networks with subject matter experts managing multiple domain at a time. Strong empowerment and self drive is a must.

Responsibilities:

- Drive key initiatives like, PL@Marketplace, PL@Insta EMI Card & Digital partnerships

- Identify partners for digital partnerships across ETB, PTB & NTB segments

- End to end ownership of business for key horizontal digital initiatives

- Liaise with internal stakeholders for communication & innovation tests in 3-in-1, Experia App and MBK platforms

- Lead initiatives to increase funnel efficiency & KPIs across channels

- Identify new digital partnerships

- Explore opportunities for new products/channels

- Create a communication test framework

- Responsible for meticulous scoping, planning and execution of all test programs

- Work proactively with credit, risk and other key stakeholders across the organization to resolve critical process issues in a timely manner

- Deliver differentiation thru technology adoption

Qualifications:

- Masters degree from Premier Institute

- At least 6-10 years experience in BFSI domain preferably from Fintech

- Understands financial products, technology platforms & has been in similar role earlier

- A passion for how to use agile and lean practices to improve the speed and quality of delivery

- Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self -starter

- Strong Problem-solving ability

- Ability to influence peers and other individuals who are not direct reports

- Strong communication and presentation skills
