Looking for a candidate for a new age transport tech company.   Job Title : Cluster Manager   Reports to : Head Operations, Green 3PL   Function : Green   Team : Operations   Core Responsibilities :   Leadership Role in Operations managing Cold Chain 3PL for the cluster (4-5 major states) with full P&L accountability.   Will manage a team of 5-6 people.   1. Establish operating infrastructure in the region with cost control and ownership of budget   2. Set up operational excellence systems to achieve required business KPIs for the region   3. Optimize infrastructure usage with a structured approach to gain profitability   4. Lead the overall operations to manage all transactions and compliance to processes   5. Ensuring compliance and adherence to the systems and processes at all locations   6. Build the right capability in the team to improve performance   7. Planning and execution of cost control & optimization of cluster activities   8. Establish and manage operational excellence improvement programme & achievement of operational KPI's.
