Your purpose:

- As a Cluster Manager, you are the CEO of your cluster and are responsible for sourcing, hiring and deploying Gigers through your team. You own the service levels agreed with the clients and make sure all the SLAs are delivered on time to the client everyday.

- You live life on the toes and have high energy and enthusiasm to get things done.

- Lead, motivate, and support a ground team of 25-30 people along with 1000 to 1500 Gigers deployed via this team.

- Previous experience in operations, implementation of client delight will also be positively considered.

- You are heavy lifter, are available for fire fighting at most of the hours

- Desire to assume responsibility and work autonomously

- Highly organized and able to juggle numerous tasks

- You must know the city well, inside out. Or must have the zeal to know every nook and corner of the city.

Roles and responsibilities :

- End to end ownership of operations of the assigned Cluster

- Ability to evaluate and hire key resources within his/her team

- Train and Lead a team of Cluster Leaders and Recruitment Scouts

- Mentoring and motivating the team to learn and grow

- Resolving Day to Day Issues of the Giger

- Bridge between the Ground Operations Team and the Central Operations Team

- Ability to prioritize deliverables and tasks

- Ability to handle clients and resolve the operational escalations

- Solving real time escalations on ground with coordination with various stakeholders

- Owning and delivering targets for key operating metrics-Efficiency, Productivity and fulfillment %

- Ensuring ops processes and policies set forth by the company are implemented on the ground and monitored to ensure 100% adherence
