Cluster Manager - Last Mile Delivery Operation

Preferred candidate from Bangalore only and fluent in kannada language as well .

Roles and responsibility :

1. Ensure smooth operation of day-to-day activities at Hubs and delivery points by setting up and following standard operating processes.

2. Lead Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics, Strategy, and Process Excellence programs.

3. Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic third-party logistics (3PL) vendors for order fulfillment and delivery.

4. Manage the Last Mile Cost of the cluster, taking ownership of budgets and P&L, including overseeing the performance of all hub leads in the cluster.

5. Own operational metrics on a daily basis, manage teams to ensure process adherence, maintain quality standards, and plan resources efficiently.

6. Organize monthly team activities and review performance reports to achieve monthly and quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

7. Contribute significantly to long-term planning to achieve operational excellence.

8. Review cost statements, activity reports, and performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, focusing on customer complaints, manpower efficiency, delivery schedules, and new customer delivery.
