Cluster Manager

Reports to : New Markets Business Leader, SEA & South Asia

Requirements:

- Fluent in the local language in both speaking and writing

- Ability to work independently and results-driven

- A minimum of bachelor's/PG degree in marketing or related field with at least 5 years working experience in sales function in FMCG in a defined local market

- Approaches work with an entrepreneurial and agile spirit - thinks, acts and works likes with a start-up mentality.

- Strategic storyteller who uses content to create connections, helps people and customers engage, and inspires others to action.

- Understands and demonstrates high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:

- Cluster Manager will be the face of the company in the assigned Bangladesh cluster

- Current role is Bangladesh. It will grow to include Pakistan Nepal Sri Lanka and Maldives.

- Being responsible for the overall performance of the company in the cluster and achieving SLAs and grow revenue and users.

- Working closely with the central team.

- Being responsible for the overall performance of the company in the assigned cluster and rolling out different projects to improve the revenue and delivery KPIs in an assigned cluster.

- Working with the Business Intelligence Analyst to plan the capacity required for the assigned Cluster and ensure that your area is working at optimal capacity during most times.

- Being responsible for the overall P&L of the assigned cluster.
