Job Profile Summary:
- Responsible for servicing all customers to achieve the objectives assigned to the team according to the Company's business plans.
- This will be for the Corporate Commercial lines of business including Fire and Engineering lines, Liability lines, Marine, Workmen's Compensation, etc.
- This will not include individual policies (motor and health)
Primary responsibilities:
- Achieving business target month on month for every line of business set by the Company
- Servicing the current set of brokers / intermediaries managing renewals and getting new business
- Reaching out to new brokers / intermediaries to increase penetration of RQBE in the market
- Meeting service level TAT's set by the distribution team
- Coordinating with internal teams as and when required
- Meeting clients to increase our market presence
- Maintaining required reports as per company guidelines
- Ensuring that the sourced business is correctly booked
- Coordinating for coinsurance and reinsurance payments
- Reporting Hierarchy: Regional Head - Corporate -Profile of the candidate:
- Total 3-5 years' experience in relevant market in sales / marketing department with Insurance companies / key brokers
- Can be Candidates who are Sales Managers Corporate vertical/Broking vertical from other GIs
- Experience with Corporate Agency Channel handling of the above-mentioned private players will also fit
