Cluster Manager Brands & Promotions

We are hiring for a Cluster Manager Brand & promotion with a cement manufacturing company.

Job Purpose: End to end responsible for driving marketing and branding initiatives at Cluster level and drive the national marketing agenda down to Cluster and RSOs through Regional Leads - B&P

Key Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for supervising marketing related activities in a Cluster through RSO Lead - B&P.

2. Co-ordinate with Central Brands & Marketing team for rolling out campaigns in the Cluster and ensuring brand guideline compliance.

3. Allocation of BTL Budgets to RSO, and thereafter track execution and budget utilization.

4. Provide marketing related intelligence to Central Marketing team and peer positions.

5. Development of vendor base for all key activities viz. Shop Branding, Outdoor advertising, Activation etc and ensure optimum procurement.

6. Drive innovation to improve impact and get higher ROI for activities executed.

Experience required:

- 10+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing roles in building material industry

- The should have experience of 3+ years of managing a team of at least 5 or more members in Marketing roles

- Should have direct experience of managing on-ground marketing activities in Building material industry.
