Cluster Manager - BFSI

JD:

- The Cluster Manager will be responsible for comprehensive management of branches under his supervision as defined in detail by his goal sheet

a) Achievement of at least 15 files disbursed in each branch under his supervision

b) Control delinquencies - 60 days to 1.75% of portfolio

c) NPAs to be under 0.5% of portfolio

d) Timely Hiring and retention of Loan officers and Branch Managers

e) Ensuring high standards of integrity across the business

- The Cluster manager will work closely with Credit, Collections, Operations and Finance to ensure smooth processes for sales and branch administration

- The cluster manager will coordinate with relevant departments in head office to ensure progress of company initiatives

- The incumbent will be responsible for on boarding and inducting the sales team members and ensure that the company's processes, values and their deliverables are clearly understood by all new employees

- The Cluster Manager will ensure that each and every branch manager is appraised on a monthly basis and feedback provided to them. He will also ensure that Branch Managers appraise and communicate performance to Loan officers

-The Incumbent will be responsible for customer engagement by personally meeting a sample of existing and new customers in each branch under his supervision

- The Cluster Manager will have the following competencies
