Responsibilities
- Revenue targets of the unit.
- Track productivity measures as for the unit:
- Execute plans for growth of the agency channel.
- Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for Sales Managers.
- Ensure retention of Sales Managers by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs
- Build leadership pipeline of future SMs & APs from the unit.
Qualification & Background
- Bachelor's degree / Post Graduate.
- 6 - 12 years of experience in Agency channel of Life or Channel sales in General insurance.
- Should have local market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations.
- Team Management.
