Client Details: Our client is one of the world's largest FMCG Company with an employee base of over 220000. The company is growing rapidly in India and is looking for an Clusters HR head -West

The ideal candidate:

- Should be adept in union-related matters and have experience in managing union discussions and should have drafted LTS

- Should be available to relocate to the plant location in Neemrana

- Should have a strong command of labour laws and compliance and a strong connection with local authorities to ensure smooth operations of the manufacturing units

- Should have experience in managing multiple plant units and a large employee base, preferably from established MNCs

- Should be highly ethical and process driven
