Note ; - Only Candidates with full time MBA from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Colleges (Should have completed MBA before 2012) - Should have experience in BFSI domain - Should have experience in software/IT based product (IT Services, Digital Application, IOT) Job Description: 1. Business development - Create opportunities within the cluster for growth of business- expansion into existing clients, hunting new clients in alignment with organization strategy - Manage sale team - Nurture and enhance relationships with key client stakeholders - Work with global service lines for GTM planning and execution 2. Revenue management - Conversion of sales opportunities into revenue streams - Balanced portfolio of revenue streams- steady state v/s one timers 3. Profitability management - Margins management during sales process - Margins management in execution - Portfolio balance for long terms margin improvement and sustainability 4.
