1. Create and Update Fact base for Micro Markets (MM):

- Analyse MM potential, outlet distribution, and competitive landscape.

2. Identify Growth Opportunities:

- Assess growth potential in each MM.

- Collaborate with channel sales counterparts to implement strategies.

3. Source Competition Intel:

- Track competitor activities and provide insights for corrective actions.

4. Target Key Stores:

- Identify high potential outlets for targeting.

- Monitor store ROI and advise sales team accordingly.

5. Conduct Surveys:

- Perform retailer and consumer surveys to identify portfolio gaps.

- Communicate findings to NPD and sales team.

6. Execute Training Modules:

- Develop and implement training programs for different outlet types.

- Conduct regional training workshops based on assessment results.

7. Train Dealer Salesmen:

- Provide training on sales pitch and product value proposition.

- Create detailed product comparisons for launches.

8. Utilize Analytical Skills:

- Analyse product, MM, and consumer data to derive insights.

9. Activate Retail/Local Propositions:

Implement local activation strategies to establish category propositions.

10. Implement Loyalty Programs:

Develop and execute efficient loyalty programs with intermediaries.
