Cluster Head for Leading Asset Management Company
- Managing regional level sales for the company.
- Responsible for handling entire Andhra Pradesh region(Except Hyderabad).
- Maximize sales by planning sales strategies/ activities on Region level to achieve the given team targets.
- Conducting product training/ coaching of RM's on Mutual Fund products.
- To generate business in assigned Region through sales channels.
- Supervision of sales from all the channels
- Maintain daily run rate required and to manage MIS of sales numbers from all the channel partners.
- To guide, Motivate, Monitor and drive performance by leveraging team's skills, selling tools.
- To develop and train Sales staff and to implement new risks solution tools.
- Ensure excellent marketing technique for product visibilty and healty relationship.
