Cluster Head - Roads Project

- The incumbent is responsible for developing and improvising the operating processes and systems for O&M Roads and Bridges in line with Concession Agreements.

- S/he provides guidance for a streamlined, efficient and high-quality functioning of operations and maintenance by auditing adherence to SOPs on sites.

- Monitors environment in the region for potential threats to revenue and develops risk mitigation strategy. Also, plans mobilization of people and material for new projects and trains managers in handling the same. Setting up Operations in New SPV

Roles and Responsibilities

a. Study and implement relevant international best practices on project sites.

b. Identify any potential revenue leakage threats and device and implement risk mitigation strategy.

c. Ensure that annual collectable revenue is fully collected.

d. Work towards setting up processes for supporting and managing an increase in total annual collectable revenue

e . Ensure efficient Toll, Route operations and Routine Maintenance for road users by monitoring related metrics, i.e maximum of 6 vehicles per lane at a point of time for toll operations, and 24/7 route patrol, Ambulance and towing services for route operations, regular and efficient maintenance (Routine) of the project assets as prescribed in the manuals

f . Assist the SPV team in resolution of issues with external stakeholders of the project, including local authorities, local leaders etc.
