JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Expansion of retail and distribution channel & ensure that distribution hygiene is maintained

- Volume & Value Market Share leadership is attained

- Sales Team/Retailer/FOS is well trained on company sales process

- Administering Model wise, channel wise, Price band wise (ASP Wise) sales management to increase width (WOD) and depth (DOD) of distribution.

- Candidate should be responsible for Sales & Business Development

- Responsible for setting up of distributor network for the company products across South India with Primary & Seconday Sales Portfolio

- Responsible to develop the trade marketing for plan for the growth the product
