Role Overview:

As a Cluster Head for our luxury retail brand, you will be responsible for leading and managing the performance of multiple stores within your designated cluster. Your primary objective will be to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and ensure operational excellence across all stores under your purview.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Performance Management:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation across the cluster.

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Implement initiatives to drive sales growth, including promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Provide leadership and guidance to Store Managers and their teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer service.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide coaching and training to enhance the capabilities of store staff.

- Promote a positive and motivating work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

- Ensure that the luxury brand experience is consistently delivered across all stores, maintaining brand standards for service, merchandising, and ambiance.

- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, striving to exceed expectations and cultivate loyalty.

- Implement initiatives to enhance the in-store shopping experience and differentiate the brand from competitors.

Operational Efficiency and Compliance:

- Oversee operational processes, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and store maintenance, to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Monitor expenses and control costs within the cluster while optimizing resource allocation.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail industry, with a track record of driving sales performance and operational excellence.

- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Leadership qualities, including strategic thinking, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
