- Networking with major Developers/ CAs/Lawyers/Property Consultants/HNIs and understanding the needs and wants.
- Understanding of Business Profitability Model.
- Knowledge of Mortgage is essential and know-how of file movements.
- Knowledge of policies of various Vendors i.e. NBFCs/Banks for Mortgages.
- Will be responsible for handling 2-3 branches (with their Teams) under him.
- Understanding of each individual RMs and take the best out of each RMs potential.
- Ensure that each RM is well equipped with the Product Knowledge and relevant experience.
- Ensure meeting Customers for PD along with Team for generating business.
- Understanding of the Market of his/her locations.
- Discipline and focused and hunger for achieving more than the expectations of the company.
- Knowing most of the Vendors i.e. NBFCs/Banks to the same Rank in order to get the file through from their system.
Mandatory :
- Basically we need a candidate who can handle, manage team and will be responsible for (Bangalore,Chennai and Hyderabad)
- Candidate should be based from Bangalore.and should be responsible to generate Business of 20 Cr approx. or more
Knowledge / Skills / Experience :
- Graduate/ Post Graduate Thorough understanding of Financial Markets (Home Loans & Loans against Property) along with good communication skills.
- The candidate should have experience of Mortgage Industry of min. 10 years in leading NBFC/Banks particularly. Understanding of front and back office processes and procedures. Banking knowledge.
- Good Interpersonal Skills & Strong Communication Skills: Team handling capacity as a Leader. Leadership skills, Communication skills, Relationship-building skills.
